Between e-mail blasts, newsletters, and one-on-one meetings, consortial communication requires effective and strategic approaches to make sure our members and stakeholders stay up to date. Join your ACL colleagues for this informal discussion on best practices of consortial communication strategies. This coffee chat will feature interactive breakout room discussions on how to best communicate, when to communicate, and what might interfere with communications to members. Come share your successes, challenges, aspirations, and insights into how your consortium shares information with your members.

Coffee Chats provide space for members to connect informally around a topic of common interest. These unrecorded sessions are lightly facilitated with guiding questions that allow for free flowing conversation and sharing of wisdom and experience.
