The resource for collaboration in higher education.
Co-Facilitated by Claire Ramsbottom from Colleges of the Fenway and Corinna Noelke from the Green Mountain Higher Education Consortium
Join us on Friday, January 22nd at 2:30 Eastern for our members-only session, Evaluating and Implementing Joint Academic Programs: An Open Dialogue, co-facilitated by Claire Ramsbottom from the Colleges of the Fenway and Corinna Noelke from the Green Mountain Higher Education Consortium.
As many schools and consortia are looking ahead into an uncertain future, they are looking for new revenue streams and to strengthen their academic offerings. Joint Academic Programs can build on individual schools’ strength and allow for sharing of the implementation cost while at the same time making the whole bigger than its individual pieces. This session will bring consortial staff together from organizations that have experience and those seeking to learn more.
We are setting aside up to 60 minutes for this meeting, intended as an informal exchange of information, ideas, and expertise. Topics may include:
How to build a business case for a joint academic program including data collection
Barriers to access and success
Funding commitments
Staffing
How to get a program accredited and whose name will be on the transcript
Marketing
Program prioritization
Registration
Please share any suggested topics for discussion with Corinna Noelke at corinna.noelke@gmhec.org. This meeting will not be recorded, but we will follow up with some notes from the meeting.
Please note that this Coffee Chat is available exclusively to ACL members – you must log in to your ACL account to register.
