There is a broad range of organizational structures under which consortia can operate. Regardless of the structure of your organization, there are business models and financial fundamentals that all consortial staff and leaders should understand.
Join us on March 10 to explore some of the basic concepts of a business model, financial management, budgeting, and accounting for consortia.

2. Each participant will be able to identify the components of their organization's business model
3. Each participant will have a basic financial terms vocabulary
