2020 ACL ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Calling all colleagues in collaboration: the 2020 ACL Annual Conference will be completely reimagined as a series of virtual events that will still include what our community most values:
Great content – especially success stories -- from collaborations like yours;
Opportunities to apply that content to your context;
Diverse audience of collaborative staff and leaders; and
The networking and socializing you have come to expect from the only professional association for higher ed consortium and collaboration leaders.
Times are still emerging, but most events will occur between 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern (8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Pacific), with some social and networking events possibly later in the day.
By Reimagining Collaboration, teams of ACL members will deliver programs for participants to learn alongside collaboration leaders and staff about the role of collaboration related to topics like: COVID-19, the antiracism movement, shifting political and accreditation environments, and the development of future collaborative leaders. We are also planning social and networking events so you can connect with old colleagues and new.
More details about the schedule and registration fees will appear here in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, make the most of your ACL membership. You can activate the networking benefits of ACL membership now by joining a Reimagining Collaboration program team. Whether you have experience with or just want to learn about the topics listed above or about taking conferences virtual, you can help ACL and connect with new colleagues.
A hearty thanks to the Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges for hosting a very successful 2019 Association for Collaborative Leadership Conference! The Conference was held October 16-18, 2019 in Bethlehem, PA at Moravian Colleges.
